Principle of operation

iONE GRID™

Distributed Passive Airspace Awareness Network. The system sleeps passive, wakes in milliseconds when it matters. Not a sum of radars — a single digital aperture across thousands of kilometers.

Passive RF detection

Every station listens 24/7 across 400 MHz – 6 GHz. Jetson matches RF signatures against a drone protocol library (OcuSync, FHSS, LoRa, LTE). Multiple stations compute bearings — TDOA multilateration gives 3D coordinates. Zero emissions. Invisible to adversary.

Active honeypot

100 ms WiFi impulse provokes probe request from the drone. MAC address captured — OUI prefix identifies manufacturer instantly (DJI, Autel, Skydio). Speed + altitude filter separates drones from vehicles and birds. Station returns to silence.

Radar confirmation

Nearest radar-equipped station activates beam on target azimuth (slew-to-cue). Micro-Doppler detects blade rotation — definitive drone signature. 4D track (range, azimuth, elevation, velocity) handed to effector layer via ASTERIX / SAPIENT.

The system is invisible — it listens. It is intelligent — it thinks before acting. It is precise — when it confirms.
